Skill drain only affect card on the field, so you have to make sure to use droplet or super poly to remove your chained activated monster

Nah you can still activate monster effects under skill drain and huggin banishes herself to trigger her effect so SD does not negate her

No,, it's still affected. Hugin effect is active on the field. It is a effect not a cost. Let's say ,, Accescode,, he can dodge skill drain because banish card is cost..
