“Shirdi Sai Baba Ji Darshan through Guided meditation “is a unique meditation, to experience deep Dhyana of Shirdi Sai Baba ji. Its our strong faith and believe in Baba ji, which motivate us to produce this meditation video.
This is a 12-13 minutes guided meditation. One may feel blessed with blessing of Shirdi Sai Baba ji.
With regular Dhyana of Shirdi Sai Baba ji, one can live a fearless, peaceful, relaxed happy life. One will experience many insights with Dhyana. To purify and make the mind focused, one should focus on God continuously.
Before starting this meditation, one should observe some important things as mentioned below:
• Practice it daily, every morning or evening.
• Sit in a comfortable position, in a silent environment or room.
• Start by lighting up some incense
• Keep Shirdi Sai Baba's photo in front of you and observe it for a few minutes.
• Gently close your eyes and focus your attention on your breaths, then start listening to this meditation.
By practice it regularly, your thoughts will be pacified. Being quite desire less and when the mind is focused, concentrated, the goal will be achieved.
