Bro whatever you said is correct, but 30 to 40 percentage of water is mixing in ocean. Because their is no step for preserving river water. Not only that, first try to keep the water clean, just you go to bagamangala till it flows to TN, water is clean, after that everything is mixing in water like leather waste, garments waste, medicine waste smuggling river sand. If all this things happens how the river water naturall flows.
