Growling is a form of communication among the pack, fren. It's not necessarily always meant as anger or attack mode. Shiro is inviting Oji to play. He's speaking to him. Oji understands as all potats do that Shiro is not angry. His tail wagging is a happy & inviting offer to play. These two have formed a very special bond. 🥰
