@Jolteon3720 The hitboxes on spikes are very inaccurate because if they were the exact same as they looked, it would always seem like you die without even touching the spikes and it would be super hard to tell when to jump and it would just overall be a much less enjoyable game. @@Pappteller I think much of it became popular thanks to a genre of music called Synth Pop. There's this old band that made it popular back in the day called Kraftwerk. They made some songs with a robotic voice effect similar to what's heard in this song. Some of their most notable tracks are Man Machine and Autobon. Kraftwerk is actually a huge inspiration for my dad, who also makes this style of music.
