It's actually a bug with the newest chips. The advanced chrono-caching feature enables it to basically time travel to acquire process burst times in advance. This allows for superior cpu priority scheduling. However, they forgot to limit the resources allowed to the feature. We can see here, that kaguya has precognised a significant spike in demand when embarassed.exe ramps up usage a few seconds later. It tries to preemptively cache but the unlimited allowance makes it hog system resources like crazy, making it all slow to a crawl. Thus, the single digit fps you see there. Now that I am up to speed with the manga (Binged read it yesterday until now), here's me... praying to the Gods... that the anime will adopt ALL of the manga coz I swear to God... This is the epitome of RomCom, a masterpiece. Throughout all the chapters I've read, I have developed a fondness with the characters because how relatable it was, when we were still young and having some puppy love, and made us contemplate with the topics being discussed. And the premise was made for the sake of comedy first and romance second. The series won't last any longer without it's main gag. Unless you want to watch them continue their war games on every step of their relationship.
