12:56 Rosalina is way too elegant and proper to wear something like that. I think her regular style of clothing is enough to prove that. As while Peach and Daisy usually show a lot more skin Rosalina tends to be very quite conservative in how she dresses. That's just how I think of her at least, she likes to dress more conservatively likely because she's older and more mature.

I've never seen the appeal behind Rosalina, as a character. Sure, she can look sexy, but what does she actually DO in Mario games? In Galaxy, she just stands in place on the Observatory, not providing any aid whatsoever - it's Peach who gives out free 1-Ups through the mail (somehow), and moving Prankster Comets is done by yet another Luma. In Galaxy 2, she doesn't appear at all outside the ending and as a 100% reward, so again she's pointless. She's an unlockable extra character in 3D World, so she's playable for once...except that doesn't flesh her out as a character. Peach's character is that of a kind, gentle, somewhat-ditzy princess who gets captured by Bowser often. Daisy's character is that of a more tomboyish princess, being more willing to explore or play sports. Rosalina's character...mysterious? Quiet? She really doesn't have one. Her character is flat, undeveloped, BORING.
