Puppies don’t have the slightest idea of territory or social cues and male dogs happen to be really territorial and they establish it, the pups don’t understand this so the growls teach them that. Outside of that they don’t do the nurturing that the mother dog would do

Cesar will watch the videos and realize that it was Suki's initial warning of Shiro away from the puppies that has brought it to this point. He knows that Suki might attack him if he gets close without HER approval. It doesn't matter what the human says or what the puppies say; Suki will gut him if he gets close without permission, and he knows this. Cesar would have to change Suki first, and that's a tough sell to a new puppy mom.

One idea might be to put something that smells like the puppies in Shiro's bedding, so he gets used to it. The reason he's hostile is because he smells young males and doesn't know why. I remember hearing on TV once that's a good way to get pets used to human babies, so it might work here too.

Take Shiro out on an extra extra long walk and then when he is exhausted and relaxed introduce the potat. After we take our dog out on a long walk he is very content and relaxed after. That might be the best way to slowly introduce.
