I wonder what was Fromsoft thinking when they made this guy: "So we have this dude in extremely heavy armor summon 2 ghost knights to fight for him, then we can give him lightning and frost attributes. Also he can do this massive drop kick with a lightning infused prosthetic."

Probably evened it out by only giving him a few attacks, all of which are super telegraphed. Still annoying but if you kill his summons the 2nd phase just needs patience

It is at least a well-thought out boss compared to all the other multi-enemy boss battles in the game. I could even say that it is the only good boss battle like that.

Well, there is that bewitching branch which basically just makes his summons kill him for you.

what? this boss is one of the easiest in the game. his attacks are super telegraphed, parriable, dodge able with really clean hitboxes, and he leaves good openings. he hardly attacks while the ad's are out and you can usually delete 1 while they are summoned in.

nice dodges and sweet parries. Took a real long while, but she won.

I struggled with this guy for a while with +9 flask (10 hp flasks and 3 fp) with a Mimic +5 and I was lvl 103-105 or something like that... The banished knights kept messing me up, even though I used buckler for parry. Eventually though, managed to get the pattern down to muscle memory and beat this guy. I am amazed that she did this at lvl 75-80ish I think, and with no armor, no mimic and only +6 flask. Sasuga Shishiron. After the fight I just felt, "gotta get better, this wont do"

I think her first runs with Morgott gave her trouble enough to grind some levels and switch to Eleonora's poleblade, otherwise she's gaming through these bosses like it's nothing.
