Thanks for the answer! I guess I didn't make it clear that by synthesizers "foundational" I was talking about the r/traa mentality of a transfem material culture defined by objects such as sharks and socks and such that a lot of us outgrow (which I have to a certain but not complete extent lol). I do think you make a good point of it being just music in general as I have also seen a lot of guitar and bass girls in these spaces.
