My favorite video on paint sticks was the R&F oil sticks and oil bar. those looked so great. Absolutely loved them . I have around 6 of these paint sticks Sheva. my next brand is R&F.

I bought this product and receive last week, I love it, making my own design on fabric, I cut the top and edge with a sharp raser. beautiful resultat

do all of them have a metalic look to them? I am looking for something to paint portraits on fabric and metalic won't look very nice

Twist rub and pinch doesn't work. I tried that and the top round part snapped off. so either that was previously used, or heated ( and previously used) because it does not come off that easy at all! it's rock hard and you either use a Razer or sharp finger nails and work to take of bits at a time. that was a MAJOR fallback for me. thought that would have been a little easier.

if i create a rubbing on japanese paper how permanent is the paint? for my process i need to wet the paper again eventually and put it through a printing press (to chine colle) is this possible without ruining the image?

i tried sewing a design... i failed at the sewing machine and the pattern is too extensive for hand sewing... at least for me.

How do you get the stick to move up so I can still use it. It doesn’t push up
