There is no one in the world who has mastered Kundalini Shakti and yet people are talking about it. I appreciate your videos and wealth of knowledge. Today I combined all of the breathing exercises while doing deadlifts in the sun. Wow. While meditating I saw the sun split into both the column of light and arching rainbows as the egg. Then realized the ozone layer was what caused it then I could see the sun and sun's refraction as it entered the atmosphere. So there was the bright light then a softer red/orange globe slightly to right and lower.

Nice. Most important in Sun Tratak or Gazing at Sunrise is to see the inner Sun afterward by cupping your eyes while gazing in the direction of the rising Sun (about 30 degrees up in front of you) - when the Pineal gland clears and inner sun will appear that is mind-boggling. That is the beginning of full consciousness awakening.

Yeah someone understands ego...we must have the energy of balance..in order to accomplish anything. Ego is wonderful energy when in balance..Ego brings forth doing,creating. Otherwise we would do nothing..It is a specific energy....when balanced we can create wonderful things...

Excellent point. Balance of body, mind, spirit and soul are critical issues to allow answers to flow thru us and enjoy our own well being and incredible good health daily. That balance is in fact the entire point of acquiring any real understanding and knowledge. No question the ego is just another tool of sorts and must be kept in check or balance with all the other components of our lives. Raja is quite correct, that without ego we would accomplish nothing at all including learning. The issue of course is you controlling it , not letting it control you ! The same is always true of all forms of what is called Soma. You must control it not the other way around ! Anything less is just an addiction.

@ Raja Choudhury Sir, I don't know if DMT can be released by thinking of death, but 'Vigyan Bhairav Tantra' has a sutra which actually tells to think of death , 'I'm dying, I'm dying'. If the feeling is serious enough, one will start heaviness in his body. And at the moment when almost entire body feels complete heaviness, when even the breathing becomes difficult, it's been told to transcend, forget about the body, just watch. I've been practicing this sutra earlier also, and currently too, and it's very difficult to put words to the experience. One'll definitely feel that we're more than a body, and during the practice, many-a-times I feel something is wanting to go out.

Yes it is just another tool of sorts that must be balanced with all the other forces in our lives. Body mind, spirit and soul are all 100% interconnected and that balance of events is where true knowledge lies !

About 1 week ago in a meditation, came to me a rythim of breathing of 4 short inhales followed by 4 short exhales....does that means something? is that type of breathing good or bad? thanks!

I just started getting into yoga meditation and I didn't know not to try and awaken kudulini myself it took me 1 and a half for my brain to start working properly I'm writing all my experience down of different realms that I seen and the entities I spoke with I'm from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and was wondering if anyone knew how to find a guru please get back to me I would appreciate it. thank you

Indeed starting ones own Inner Journey is important, the most important thing to do in this life time. I doubt you need an actual Guru or master, but perhaps just a guide of sorts. Realize most people are afraid to look inside and you have likely already considered this fact of awareness. So you are already on the right path to knowledge and understanding.

at around 42 minutes the elderly person did have a good question and i'm having the same question from a long time...i read the bhagavad gita, and then shiv and shakti concept and in the kena Upanishad when the mysterious light shows up even the devas did not know who it was until Uma shows up in front of Indra and explains the brahman.. I do have a deeper understanding that there is an intelligence within us all and we are all children of immortality ,but I go back to asking the question of who designed this physical bodies and what is the purpose of these different spices of life on this planet.? does the conversation end with attaining moksha samadhi or that ultimate bliss ? dont we have the right to know the truth in whole ?

The lady knows that her Ego is holding her growth. Sure they are smart teachers. They go along with the tide, they like to ride the waves. If u do not ride the wave U fall. Bottom line even Jesus and Buddha, have an Ego. The Ego to Fight Temptation and fallow u Path to the Light.

Even Shiva, has an ego, we are not talking about that ego. The lady say that she doe not believe in God. And that she loves her ego. What ego are we talking about. There are two egos. The Buddha, Krishna, and Shiva's Ego, is different from that lady. Do not forget Jesus. We have a selfish ego. That lady is observing people worshiping and looking for God. But she does not believe in God? She loves her Ego. It takes alot of ego to stay with-out sexual or love pleasure. Jesus, the Christ had a Huge Ego. He beat the people out of the Temple.
