In this talk Nithyananda gives us clarity of Kshana - it is not equivalent to chronological time. It is the gap between thoughts or between incoming breath and outgoing breath. It is in this neutral zone that we lose our identity. Nithyananda says that we miss the depth of this neutral space time and again since in this zone there is no con cept of our identity.
