My daughter is of 16 months. She was also a thumb sucker during her sleep. Femite lotion is a medicine which was suggested by my pediatrician. And it worked for my daughter. Within 4-5 days she stopped thumb sicking. It should be applied on thumb or nail. But start with very very less quantity. As she might vomit due to its bitter taste. Apply it when she sleeps. Apply it 1 hr after she has had her milk or food.
