Did you enjoy the Modified Rhyme Test/MRT? (the test with the head set) I personally had a lot of fun putting it together it, and it is an actual medical test used to assess auditory processing! I'd like to create a video that is just an MRT so if you have any feedback for a full length version, please let me know!

The test with headphones was so tingly.. also once you put the headphones on, the background noise made it sound like a stormy/rainy day. I could listen to a whole video of that.

Love it! I am an SLP and we work with auditory Processing. I was very pleased to see you using the assassment! Loved the minimal pairs trigger (the One when the words differ in just One sound) A complete video would be awesome! Maybe you could make some triggers with words or picture description in One ear and some noise in the other, and use similar pictures. Sound/silable sequence would be fun too! Produce some similar sounds and ask what letter is it (sounds like /s/ - /z/, /f/ - /v/, /sh/ -/j/, /k/ - /g/, /p/ - /b/, /t/ - /d/), that are articulated the same.

This is without a doubt among the most realistic and thorough hearing test asmr roleplays I've watched (or any medical roleplay for that matter). Really appreciated the attention to detail and the calming vibes. You definitely have a talent for this kind of asmr so I hope you decide to do more in the future. :)

This is a masterpiece. So much content now days has strayed so far away from what ASMR actually is. It used to be about people helping others relax and experience that relaxing tingle sensation we didn't have a name for. It helped us get immersed to calm down/fall asleep. This seemed like your whole intent was to achieve this goal to help others. I really appreciate those who focus on the ASMR part of their titles. Great job!

It was really clever how you muted the sound while the "headphones" were on! That exercise in general was really interesting. Do you have a background in any of this, or are you just a good researcher? The whole video was great, especially that it was soft spoken. Thank you!

Thank you for your words! I don’t necessarily have a background in the medical world, but I do have a biology degree and it taught me how to do research and read scientific journals which has definitely helped with the medical role plays!

@@ShiverMeTingles I really didn't think that I would like it and that it would bother me, but it kind of smoothed out the vocals in a way? Created an effect similar to compression so when the volume was set , harsher sounds like plosives were a bit less... intrusive? Not that there's anything wrong with your usual presentation. Like most verbal ASMR, II tend to listen to you to relax, but not to sleep. Napping to this one was really easy this afternoon though. You might have a new angle here, at least for people like me who have fallen into things like fan, heater, wind or rain sounds to actually fall asleep. Like ASMR specifically targetting people with tinnitus to drown out the nonstop shrill note in our heads.

I'm sorry, I didn't hear that. Could you repeat the question? Wanted to add: Thank you for creating an ear exam & cleaning RP that isn't too intense! Too many ASMRtists get too close to the mic and the scratching noise is way too harsh. This was just perfect.
@ShiverMeTingles2 жыл бұрын
Hahahahaha, thought you guys would find that funny! No problem! I think I would've struggled to edit anything harsher than what I made because I find really intense scratching to be quite painful. Thank you so much!

I would love this video except I can't hear anything she is saying. I hate this trend of asmr makers whispering too much. The occasional realistic whisper is ok but a whole video of an exam whispered is unrealistic and breaks the immersion I need to fully enjoy it.

Did you know you can adjust the volume of the sound on your phone ? Might be helpful since you can just turn the volume up. I have mine pretty low and hear her perfectly
@bpdmf27982 жыл бұрын
@@Melanie4 Of course I have volume control, but with jacked up volume it's still whispering with everything else super loud. Again, I hate the trend of asmr makers whispering everything. Like I said, "a whole video of an exam whispered is unrealistic and breaks the immersion." Otherwise good asmr is entirely unwatchable.
