Dubai carries quite the reputation for being one of the supercar capitals of the world, with Lamborghinis and Ferraris constantly seen on the roads around the city. However, it's always fun to explore the dealerships and see what's hiding away, in particular when it is cars like those at Pupil of Fate. Only opening a few months ago, the vast space creates a relaxed vibe with lounge areas, lots of light and glass, and of course a great display of cars.
To the hypercar side we have a surprising Ferrari 250 Lusso, in front of a line-up including the pair of McLaren Speedtail, one of which is in the bright Synergy Green. It continues with a Mercedes SLR McLaren Crown Edition, Aston Martin Lagonda Taraf, Aston Martin One-77 Q Series, Ferrari Monza SP2, Bugatti Chiron, and plenty more fine cars like multiple Ferrari SF90s, a Porsche Flachtbau, McLaren 765LT, Jaguar Project 8, and much more.
If you've been following my Gumball 3000 adventures, you might also be wondering what of the Manhart TR 900 GT2 RS that I'm piloting for parts of the rally. I remember something similar happening when I was younger. I was about 7 or 8, as a family we'd just gone to pick up a new car and as we were driving back my dad, who was driving, noticed it started overheating a little. He pulled over and checked there was enough coolant (there was), and then let it cool off while he called the dealership from a payphone (it was late 90s). They told him to bring the car back, that they'd check it over free of charge and we could use the car we part-exchanged in the meantime. So, we piled back in the car, made our way back, and as the dealerships mechanic was putting the car on the lift he noticed something hanging underneath it - a bit of plastic. He opened up the bonnet (hood for Americans), removed the radiator shroud, and pulled out a partially melted binliner that was blocking almost all the the airflow to the radiator. We drove the new car home.

up top is a ford falcon gtho 351 phase 3. they race in australia from 1970 to 1973 n won the 1971 bathurst hardie-ferodo 500(bathurst 1000). in australia we called them shakers. the 1971 gtho in yellow glo sold for 1.3m a few years ago. this car cost 5000 aussie dollars new. side note, the gtho phase 3 was the fastest four door production car in the world.
