Love the video as someone who grew up in the 80s watching Sho Kosugi's & other Ninja movies. Sho Kosugi is a big part of our childhood & the OG of Ninja films. I share your excitement & enthusiasm & love for these movies. The popularity of Ninjas in the 80's is undeniable & i still get that old nostalgic feeling today as i did back then. Sho made us all wanna be Ninjas. Im sharing this in my 80's group, hope you dont mind lol....Thanx for putting this awesome video together.

I like his attitude. Too bad no one asked him about meeting Bruce Lee back in the 70's and someone should have asked him if he ever wanted to work with the late great Mr Sonny Chiba. Sonny Chiba is another iconic legendary Japanese martial art actor, martial artist, singer , commercial actor. In case some don't know he is from the 70's era. Shawn brothers, Golden Harvest, Warner brothers.. In other word he is the same class as the following actors of that time, Bolo, Gordon Liu, Lo Meng, Jimmy Wang Yu, Jim Kelly, Ron Van Clief, Angela Mao, Sammo Hung , Bruce Lee , Bruce Li, etc. Too many to name. But yeah Sonny Chiba movies are off the hook. There were always comparsion between the two and who was better than who. Some of his movies Street fighter, Return of the street fighter, karate warriors!, the power of Aikido stars his brother, Shogun Ninja !! Of course kill Bill he played in it and fast and furious.. Sadly he left us in 2021 due to COVID-19. Sonny Chiba and Sho Kosugi are probably two of the most iconic Japanese martial arts actors in the world of martial art.. Jimmy Wang Yu, Bruce Lee, Sonny Chiba, Jim Kelly, Sho Kosugi. The torch was pass on to Sho Kosugi.. The kung fu era kind of was popularize by Bruce Lee and the ninja era was popularize thanks to Mr Sho Kosugi.. We should all appreciate him and give him his flowers. I definitely appreciate and admire his contribution to the martial arts community, martial arts cinema. I admire his knowledge and martial arts skills. He is the real deal and was part of the all Japan karate team back in the 70's . Back then Sho kosugi was under the late grand master Fumio Demura , he too was the real deal straight from Japan..Check out photo of the day , Sho Kosugi ... The Shito Ryu Ninja from 1983. Kick illustrated similar to black belt magazine, inside kung fu, karate illustrated, to

Awe I loved when he started taking items out of the cases and letting everyone touch them. I would be fangirling too if I got to hold actual items from my favorite movies. This event looked very intimate. Watching it it felt like you guys were in his house and he was showing off all of his fun toys. Haha His message at the end got me. 🥲

You are so right. It was very intimate. He was so happy to show off his amazing collection. I was geeking out I couldn’t believe it. Watching all his movies over and over again as a kid and now to be holding some his weapon’s was unbelievable.
