Dr Nauman Is the son of Lieutenant General Ret. Hamid Niaz, through this influence his father brought him strategically close to PCB and PTV, from early 90s, Gen Musharraf appointed him as a team doctor.. even though general practice or sports medicine wasn't his specialty he just has experience in endocrinology. Over the years he got closer and closer to these influential posts, built a network and based on this or many sifarish he got the current job. Hence the arrogance that my Daddy is a General.

I am from Bangladesh. Next week I am going to start 62 years, if I do remain alive by the grace of Almighty Allah. I have been watching Cricket since before our independence, that is, since we were the Eastern Wing of then Pakistan. I do watch Dr. Nauman Niaz's talkshow only due to Rashid Latif's presence in the programmes. I do not know what type of or how good he is, as a Doctor. But I am more than sure he talks about Cricket more than he deserves or knows about Cricket. He simply can't say to a Participant, you may go! How come! Was his height in the cricket field more than Shoaib Akhtar? (!!!) Allah Rabbul Al Amin is great, HE has opened my eyes about this MAN! I will never watch this Arrogant man's any programme!
