To be honest, the biggest reason for health issues in your family be it Saba, Riza or your mother is an erratic , indisciplined schedule. Staying awake till 2AM is so normal as visible in vlogs. So naturally next day instead of early morning, breakfast on time, then rest of the meals on time , jyadatar time lunch shaam main ho raha hota hai aur breakfast lunch ke time.
