Well it seems like we have quite the conundrum. Despite how people feel, the only way to know where guns are is with a national registry and no body wants that but perhaps that’s the game. You get mad enough to push a registry forward. It’s already a crime for an individual with a criminal history can’t have a weapon. Making border hopping legal is the only way an individual can own said weapon. The constitution does make the distinction between “people”(all individuals) and “citizens” and the second amendment does say:” the right of the people to keep and bear Arms” so I don’t know. An American national is one of the people and is born, not birthed. American Nationals are beneficiaries of the Constitution as a trust. To be a National, one must make one of the states in the 50 nation-state alliance their home, or domicile. A domicile is the place they return to after visiting other countries. This is the key factor for creating legal residents in the U.S. but not the individual state. A majority of the permanent resident application process involves gathering sufficient proof that one of the states is the place they return to after visiting other countries. Technically, each state in the Union is a nation-state, also known as a country. The rest of the application process vetts the individual for their ability to follow American customs. U.S. residents reside temporarily in a nation-state such as Virginia. The temporary nature of a U.S. citizen's residence is why they are required to have licenses and permits. Technically, U.S. citizens are alien to the individual state because the U.S., is literally in the District of Columbia. American Nationals are DOMICILED permanently in one of the states in the Union and have all their constitutional rights unabridged by statute. U.S. citizens, since they are temporary residents have inferior civil rights provided by the state. Civil rights are actually privileges since they can be taken away from citizens by statute. The 14th amendment citizen status was originally meant for the children of freed slaves. So in essence a U.S. citizen is a minor who does not have the standing or capacity to hold an estate. The founders of this country were estate holding nationals of their individual states before they chose to become recognized as adult Citizens with a capital "C". An American National owes allegiance. A U.S. citizen pays allegiance.

This has to do with letting illegals in the military. They shouldn't be in the military or police if it is illegal for illegals to possess a gun. So they want to make it legal so they can hire them as cops. Technically we don't have to stop for police who are illegals, because it's aiding and abedding a fugitive.

Hey, everyone notices that all the immigrants are primarily fighting age men with no family and they're not all Hispanic, right? It is extremely illogical that an illegal immigrant would be able to use the second amendment. I happen to love the second Amendment. However I was born in Marion, IL so the Constitution applies to me and my fellow citizens...not illegal immigrants.
