How much does it cost to have a landscaper come in once a month to do a clean up ect..? Greedy owners.... used to be Airbnb was someones home , now they just buy up places to rent....

I feel that if you have a resident that you can use as a second source of income you should always maintain its value - even if it means doing the work yourself.
