I've had Reynaud's for over a dozen years. I was shocked when I saw it in this video and they both knew the terminology. I had two M.D.'s tell me I turned purple because I am thin, and never mentioned Reynaud's. It is rare, but they should have known. I knew at the time it was a feeble guess. Reynaud's often includes its companion problem of cold agglutinin disease, also rare. Have your hemoglobin and RBC levels checked. I have Reynaud's every day year round. Today it was over 85 degrees, but was in a cold restaurant long enough for it to happen. If you live in a warm climate year round and stay away from too much air conditioning, you wouldn't see it much.

Hey, google Raynaud’s Disease. My mother has this and it looks just like what happened to your fingers. It doesn’t bother her (other than her hands and feet are always freezing), it’s just annoying and creepy lol
@w1975b Жыл бұрын
Magnesium supplementation may help your mother and others who have Raynaud's. It helps the blood vessels expand, they're constricted from cold or something else which causes the discoloration, etc.
@ba8501 Жыл бұрын
Yes, I have that because of an autoimmune condition. You have to keep your fingers and toes warm. At one point, I had to sleep with gloves on because my hands were always freezing, you get painful ulcers on your fingertips and toes if you don't keep them warm.

For Raynaud's, look up magnesium supplementation. Vitamin E also helps circulation, important to use natural, not synthetic.

magnesium is also important in fascia release

If raynauds and your joints don’t like to stay joined as you said have you been checks for connective tissue diseases? With Ehlers-Danlos syndrome you may experience periods of poor in blood flow to your fingers and toes -Raynaud's. Maybe you already noted it.

Not necessarily. Sounds more like you need a cervical pillow and organic pillowcases changed every few days (sinus may be dust sensitive).
