That's right but look Nepal government has not issued any refugees card to Tibetan refugees from 90s because of that the younger generations born after 90s cannot study higher education in technical field and cannot even open a bank account because they don't have ID 😢😢😢😢that's very sad right, still many more basic rights haven't been given to Tibetan refugees in Nepal. Compared to that, India 🇮🇳 is very good to Tibetan refugees interms of studies, work, right to raise voice, do ,travel and many more.

Tibetan refugees were welcomed to the neighbouring countries because they have trade, cultural and diplomatic ties with Tibet for centuries. But today Nepal has literally become part of CHlNA. Tibetans are not allowed to celebrate Dalai Lamas birthday, just like in CHlNA.
