Without even considering them, how u know someone is not talented? This is a competitive world. Do IT companies pay different salaries based on gender or what? I'm not comparing but saying that recruiters shld consider anyone when they decide 2 recruit someone who has taken a break or has gap. Which rule says a male who has taken a break shld not be considered? Does sports or cinema or politics or business etc has any rule that states if u take a break as long as u want , u cannot re-enter?🙏🏼🧿🤞🏼!
