@@nick136lol, 3/45 Galan need about 1:40 for winter soldier, way faster then shocker (almost 3 minutes), and Galan can do even faster in some scenarios, so yeah, shocker is not even close to Galan level

I wish his Charges could go up to 150 without the sp3 I don't know the damage is okay but I wish it was a bit more but its because 100 charges only gives him 139k damage kinda has the Mantis problem buildup but not enough damage to do Quick bg fights i hope he can but will have to wait and see.

They can't do that. It's not possible. Also KarateMike is right. There is no reason for him to be nerfed. His damage can be easily reduced by resistances and he is very well balanced imo
