🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Sir ji, MRI report me complete Acl tear dikha raha hai lekin me walk bhi kar sakta hoon, aur chair per baith kar straight kneen exercise bhi kar sakta hoon thodi bahut lakin abhi thoda pain hota hai aur abhi mujhe 5 months ho gai hai meri age 44 hai to please sir complete acl tear per koi exercises batayiye ji aur thodi muscle kamjor hai.
