This is Lung Cancer, it happened to my mother and it was the same symptoms. Water was removed from her heart because it has being there for long that's why . Maybe it was stage 5 cancer. The symptoms is coughing, growing lawn, water in your heart and can't even eat. No one kill him, the smoke was too much
