The power system the Quincy have are letters A thought Z The Quincy Ichigo face was *J for Jail* He can fire off Reishi constructs capable of forcibly closing gateways between dimensions, as well as form Reishi cages to entrap his opponents. The one that stole byakuya was *F for Fear* The 3 kenpachi killed was *R for Roar* (basically turn him into a huge ape 🦍 and have sonic base powers) The next one was *Q for Question* which from my understanding is powerful ability that makes u doubt or “question” ur actions Fun note explain in the manga kenpachi already face the roar dude so his ear drumbs was already destroyed so he couldn’t hear. So when he was explaining his powers kenpachi decide to cut the dude throat 😂. The last was *Y for Yourself* he can basically turn into his opponent. The one Yamamoto kill was *O for Overkill* his power is simple the more people he kill the more powerful he becomes.

So im just gonna quickly mention how much i love the use of color in tybw. Each major power has a color that represents it, Yellow for soul reaper, blue for quincy, red for hollow and green for human(fullbringer). Admittedly some characters have their powers be specific colors that don't match these(like grimjows power being blue) but this seems to be mostly for aesthetics rather than meaning something.

Yeah, originaly in the manga, Getsuga was allways yellow. Like the Rasengan in Naruto or the Ki attacks in Dragonball. Live energy is really often depicted as yellow glow in japan. But the animators had often a bad time with yellow attacks in anime back in the days. So they used blue more often, because it worked better with the backgrounds. But I think that the blue really worked great for Ichigo. That brings many things together with the new color pallet.

Awesome reaction, guys! I just wanted to drop in and say that Yamamoto would have bodied Aizen if it wasn't for his Kyoka Suigetsu 😂. That's the only reason Yamamoto never went full out against Aizen. Even Aizen knew it. That's why he created Wonderweiss to seal Yamamoto's zanpakutou. Aizen even stated that Yama's destructive power would likely overcome him if he went all out. Can't wait for you guys to see the next episode 😁!

somebody probably already explained this to you but the quincy boss' name is based on the God from the bible. but they made it really confusing and the quincies are supposed to be german and the way they say the name of God in every language is different but even though this is the english translation they didn't go with the english name. The reason its spelt Yhwach is because of something called tetragrammaton. It's supposed to be the closest english spelling to the original hebrew spelling. YHWH. Anyway thats how he got his name and why its so confusing. The japanese voice actors can't pronounce it like that so they say something different.
