The maths of this is all wrong! It will be splitting finances/property for the duration of their marriage which is 2-ish years, rather than splitting their net worth. That's if there's no pre-nup. I can now understand why Ben Affleck is renting a USD $100k a month property near his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner... he's trying to burn those funds he's accrued over those last 2 years he was married to her as quickly as possible. I wouldn't be surprised if post all the funds being burned that Garner "could" take him back in, but all contingent on whether is life really is back on track from alcohol addiction.
