In Star bakery products we found large steel wool last year. Had it been dark my brother could have eaten it. But luckily we ate outdoor and save our life from that carelessness. When we complaint that bakery owner brought NSCN (IM) kilonser as backup. But we made them write an agreement that they will maintain hygiene in future.

This is so unfortunate. I've been a regular customer of this Bakery since my childhood and I have never found any such things ever, this bakery is also very hygiene comparing to other bakeries i visited and I know this owner as well he is indeed a very hardworking father. Just the normal worm we find in everyday vegetables, rice, etc. Once in a bluemoon, this things happen.
