I've seen this judge before; no nonsense, no emotion, straight to the point.

I'm always amazed that these people state that they're not US citizens but then claim that their constitutional rights are being violated.

And probably getting SSI or welfare or some kind of state funded money.

If they were not US citizens, they would need a visa, green card or other means to be allowed to stay in the US, otherwise they are illegal. Judges just need to focus on that. Ask them for their visa or green card. Let’s see how quickly they remember that they are in fact a citizen.

@@koolpepdeport them if they cannot produce a legitimate identification; not their made up cards.

Everyone has Constitutional Rights, regardless of their citizenship or nationality.

So what he wants the judge to know is he's an idiot. Job well done.

This judge is too intelligent, and knowledgeable for this fool.🤣😂🤣😂

The chair that the Judge is sitting in is more intelligent than the Richard is.

Well done judge - anyone who argues with a fool just makes it two fools talking.

Sov-citizenry is a lot like a religion: Believing in it and repeating the "right" prayers relieves you of all responsibility to other people, in this case, following laws you don't want to.

So he is telling the court he is being treated as a slave? One of the best descriptors of a slave is someone who has no rights. Yes he has every right here to defend himself, represent himself, and have due process. He is no way being treated as a slave.

Pretty much except they are smarter than him. They just want to take care of business in court and get back to the jail card games. Only now, they have to sit there and listen to this jackwagon.

He needs to use the Invisibility Defense. He should tell the Court that he is invisible, they cannot see him, and therefore they have to let him go.

Why does the judge waste court time on this man's nonsense?

The UCC has nothing to do with criminal law.

Have they not seen court? One of the standard questions before court takes a plea is asking the defendant “are you a US citizen?” The reason for this is that guilty pleas and guilty verdicts on certain offense can sometimes have immigration consequences. A felony conviction very often comes with deportation post sentence. Not being a citizen doesn’t make you any less subject to the laws of wherever you are. That applies all over the world. See that show “locked up abroad”.

When thus newbie SovCit returns, he once again has no idea what he is doing. The Judge lets him read for a few seconds, and then rules that all of the gobbledygook and horsepuckey has nothing to do with the real world.

This is how I treat prank callers: if they put effort & creativity into it, I’ll applaud the effort (I’m being paid to answer the phone anyhow). Unprepared, or cliched prank calls get the ‘can you get an adult to call me, or maybe next time have a bit of script prepared speech’ response

I am so desperate to hear a judge tell one of these so-called Sovereign citizens that they will be detaining them so that the immigration department can assess whether or not they should remain in the country. It doesn't matter which country this happens in though. If they claim not to be a citizen of the country they are in, they should have to prove how they arrived and have a determination made as to whether or not they are a refugee or a person seeking asylum. If it turns out they are neither then they should be held in detention until their country Origin is identified and then there can be deported. It'll be sad if no country can be located...not

I agree completely! It should be a law that if you go to a court and stay and "I'm not a US citizen", then you forfeit your citizenship. Once your sentence is complete - because they're all basically saying "I'm guilty and I don't have any other way to get out of it so I'm gonna try this BS"- they are referred to immigration and held for deportation.

He can read the 14th amendment but we cannot understand it for him! He is not smart enough to be a criminal!
