At 13:40 I used to work for Schneider National's intermodal division. Simple fact is, if you complain to the company, as long as you let them know the truck and/or trailer number and time/place, they will let the driver know they messed up. It's like an "oral warning". So, they do not have to call the #Tesla driver back, since no damage was done. Also, honking your horn is useless, we are 63 feet away with tons of metal in between, so we can not hear it. You will very likely drown in your car if you don't immediately pop the door open. No Fault is weird. I'm in NY. Insurance companies still fight it out over who was at fault and how much each side would pay. I was in an accident years ago and the other driver was found at fault. I , technically, did not have to pay the deductible. I did initially pay the $500 deductible, but a couple months later, my insurance company sent me a check for the $500. If you're found at fault or 50/50, you pay your deductible. A girl backed into me at 711. I was stopped, waiting for another car to back out of their spot. I had been waiting for a couple of minutes. She hit me from the other side and took responsibility. She told the insurance company that we backed into each other. They called it 50/50. Turned out, her daddy was a partner in an insurance company and he most likely coached her on what to say. I didn't get my truck fixed at a shop, I fixed it myself and kept the money. Funny thing is, I saw her at that same 711 a month later, and she nearly t-boned me while she was pulling out of a spot.
