I have lived in the same area since 1997. And have always felt safe when walking my dogs early in the morning, before going to work. Recently we have had a deposit of said foreign imports. For the last month I have had to change my route because I was followed on a daily basis,I don't frighten easily but it did make me feel uncomfortable, until the last time one of my dogs kept looking behind her and growling my dogs aren't normal aggressive..today I saw the same person on a different route with someone else lurking in the shadows of a derelict building, I turned round and went back the same way I came. I have to be at work for 7AM ,this was at 5:30. Now speak to me about my rights .!
