RTO doesn't allow Overloading. It is the truck drivers or owners who do this. If they are caught by RTO, they will be heavily fined.

All Trucks are 6 Wheels or above. So it should be AWD (All Wheel Drive) Whether it is 6 Wheels, 10 Wheels or above that. Same should apply to buses, cars and Jeeps as well. So that it climbs such roads with much ease.

Nice video chap 👍🏽 I wonder, why on earth that Indians make truck that could handle heavy loads but only had one driven axle instead of two driven axles? I mean, if you have a two driven axles, you could go uphill easily, go off-road a bit easier, and reversing manuver like in the video much easier and less energy consuming... The problem is this is, it's Leyland vehicle not that old but 2019 model and maybe differential is not there, otherwise it could make it easily. But now most of the Leyland, Tata, Bharat Benz trucks are equipped with all wheel Differential, Hill Descend Control etc. so it's easy for new trucks.

what about over loading ? it is happening only in India. 16 Ton Lorry fit additional 2 set of wheels and take 30 tonns . 25 ton vehicle will take 60 ton load. then blame Govt etc for road is not good etc etc. diffrent roads are for diffrent kind of vehicles and load.

The load capacity of a truck would be different on a ghat section than on a plane section. What I can see is overloaded trucks getting stuck or breaking down on challenging roads & creating trouble for other road users.
