Starting to feel bad for Jade because the ropes were an issue in almost every match (Damien leg, Sami/Gable clothesline, ref warning AJ, etc.). But IWC is calling for her head over this when it's the first big botch she's had. You can tell the springboard mishap broke her confidence. And she's probably never been put in a tight submission before. So she panicked and lightly tapped as a signal for Shayna to loosen her grip instead of squeezing or pinching her arm. Someone needs to coach her on keeping calm when planned spots go awry.
