1.Marilyn Monroe
Marilyn Monroe discussed her bizarre diet and eating habits in the 1952 issue of Pageant Magazine. Her breakfast consisted of two raw eggs whipped in hot milk. Her favourite dinner was either steak, lamb chops or liver with raw carrots. She would also indulge herself with a hot fudge Sunday after her evening drama classes.
2.Audrey Hepburn
Audrey would have brown bread with jam for breakfast, and her lunch consisted of veal or pasta. She would pair this with fresh vegetables from the garden. For dinner, she would often have soup with chicken and vegetables.
3.Elizabeth Taylor
Elizabeth Taylor's diet in her younger years and throughout the 1960s consisted of bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast. For lunch, she would have a peanut butter and bacon sandwich.
4.Sophia Loren
Sofia Loren has been known to endorse the Mediterranean diet, emphasizing eating many fresh vegetables, fruit, fish, whole grains and olive oil.
5.Mae West
May West never tried to slim down like other old Hollywood stars. Instead, she would speak about fattening up her parts by eating creamed chicken, buttered toast, lobster Newburg and chocolate whipped cake.
6.Katharine Hepburn
Katharine Hepburn claimed to be no health nut and said, "I deny myself nothing. I think what you should eat is perfectly obvious. I just don't care to eat those things, so I don't.
7.Jean Harlow
Jean Harlow had to put herself on a rigorous diet to slim down for her movie roles. Her diet plan consisted of two tomatoes and grilled meat for both lunch and dinner.
8.Greta Garbo
Gerta Garbo had a reputation for being a private recluse. She became friends with the nutritionist Gayelord Hauser, and she followed all of his fad diet suggestions.

10.Ginger Rogers
Ginger Rogers trained with Donald Loomis at MGM, and her main form of exercise was dancing. She favoured a southern-style diet of fried chicken and gravy.
11.Betty Grable
Betty Grable was a popular pin-up model during the 1940s and was famous for her legs. She would train through dancing.
12.Rita Hayworth
Rita Hayworth stayed slimed by dancing eight hours a day. She also had a rigorous diet and never ate starches, greasy foods and avoided all bread and pastries.
13.Ava Gardner
Ava Garder did not follow a strict diet and indulged in a very high-calorie diet.
14.Grace Kelly
Grace Kelly hardly had time to exercise, so she would focus on dieting instead.
15.Jane Russell

I heard a story that Gloria Swanson was so devoted to healthy eating, she would brown bag her meals to awards dinners. The bags were discreetly given to the wait staff and she was served the food she brought.

To be honest, that's genius. That's almost like how there are dietary considerations taken into account today at fancier dinners, but Gloria was ahead of her time (plus honestly, I feel like a lot of richer foods, like steak, literal meat and potatoes etc., were on par for the course for 'fancier' food at the time. I'd also probably bring something lighter along to eat as well.

As a young mother, I was extremely active too. I was a housewife with 2 little boys for 10 years, and then went to nursing school. I cleaned house every day, walked, rode bikes with my boys and before they were old enough to help with cutting grass, I'd do it a lot of times because I liked making my husband's life easier. He was a hard worker and had a lot of stress on the job. I laid his clothes out, brought his coffee to him before he got up, fixed his lunch, and his dinner was ready when he got home. I don't know why I'm telling y'all all of this, but it was good life. I'd like to try that perfume!

@@BrooklynBaby100 LOL. I met my first husband on a blind date and we married 2 years later. I was18, and in my first year of college and really hadn't dated much before I met him. As far as dating advice, just be your authentic self, expect to be respected and if you really like the guy, don't text and call all the time or watch him on social media! Guys don't like that as much as girls do! Play a little 'hard to get', because guys don't like being chased. Remember, you're worth it! Thank goodness we didn't have all of that back in the 60's or I'd have driven myself crazy!😂 My first husband and I were married for 30 years, when he suddenly passed of a heart attack. My sons and I were destroyed. I never wanted to get married again, but God had other plans. Four years later I met my second husband online! Don't laugh! We both said that God put us in each other's path. We got married and had 12 good years together. He became ill with cancer and I lost him 2 years ago. Whether it's suddenly or expected, both are devastating . I'd better hush or I'll end up in a pile of tears! Sorry for the novel!

I think what West is talking about is the fact that corsets can alter the ribs and muscle so that your waist is reduced even when you take it off. If you have a good corset and wear it safely and frequently you can reduce your waist pretty quickly. I lost about 2 inches in a few months. Better than dieting for sure.

Low calorie diets slows down your metabolism, making weight loss much more challenging because your body is literally in starvation mode and it’s resisting by trying to preserve as many calorie in order to survive. Abbie Sharp, a registered dietitian, talks alot about this her this in KZbin channel.

definitely dont go nuts once a week you can very easily eat all the calories you burned off back on in a single meal , try eating a meal that you want on the week ends but just don't go over board with it. Personally I eat in a surplus on Saturday and sundays but I up my steps on Saturday to to help offset my higher calories and it has worked great for me. I went from 171 lbs at 5'9 (male) to 138 last I checked. Granted its easier for guys to lose weight.
