“Shocking!” One Person Arrested And Three Injured In Incident At Welsh School

One person has been arrested following a “horrifying” incident in a school in Wales in which three people were injured.
Emergency services were called to Amman Valley School, also known as Ysgol Dyffryn Aman, in Carmarthenshire shortly after 11am on Wednesday.
Dyfed-Powys Police said officers were dealing with the incident which, according to parents outside the school, was a stabbing.
Police did not give the ages of the arrested person, or those injured, or their condition, but said they were not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.

I went to school a few miles down the road from Ruthin in the early 1980's. Society is changing in both the Metropolitan and rural areas, its going to get worse, not better

The UK's broken, underfunded education system shown by this increasing violence in schools AND by the bloody stupid comments on this thread. Carmarthen is not ethnically diverse - the Census shows about 47% Christian, 44% No religion and 0.5% Muslim with 74% born in Wales, 20% born in England and (since the pits were closed) chronic unemployment - only 52% economically active. Not that it makes the slightest difference as the 15 year old white female will have anonymity as a minor and none of us know whether this had anything to do with hormones, family, religion, mental health, race, hairstyles, whatever. You can't just make things up (well you can, but it's ignorant and unconvincing).
