Thanks! Unfortunately it’s difficult to answer you questions - I will need much more measurement data to sit in judgmemt of such combinations. For now I strongly recommend to check EU lables noise statement, it should help.

@ thank you so much!!! i am changing the tires on my Taycan from EU rated 74db Goodyears to 68/69 db rated Hankooks with foam. What instrument do I need to measure the noise levels for different frequencies? I also want to add extra sound proofing in the future and compare again

The device is called sonometer as for basic measurements. I am using calibrated microphone and additional software, but this option requires some expertise and might be tricky to conduct without previous experience.
