RTS went down in 2018 and we all know who won when the system went back up. It was PTI that went silent in 2018 and never improved the election system. Sethi. Sb please say truth about rigging. Don’t put own credibility on stake. In this Punjab 90 % schools are privateMedical college are private and some owners own too / three colleges each.
