What about dependants, for example I will study and I’m 27 and my husband is 30 would he be able to get a dependent (work visa) would the age limit affect him

Hi, I am guessing you mean that if you are studying will your husband have work permit as a dependent under your student visa is that correct? if that's the case then yes i believe so.
