Guys , this is truth of real estate. I have done investment in real estate from 2008 to 2020 , don't see any of my investment returning huge returns . Most of the developers are like this. Please buy ready to move in properties for end users and don't invest in under construction properties in real estate. I also believe real estate is not a investment game for salaried people- This is my learning.

Project pe project launch kr rhe hain but no guarantee of completion. What is the use of rera if this is the case. I heard from few of my friend builder saying - “Jo Karan hai krlo”. A single middle class family can’t do anything alone. People invested here should come together and protest, maybe 400-500 people will make government/rera to think over this.

That's why its better to always go for ready to move flats and builder floors. Its a big trap all these builders out of 10 of their sites would do this to one of them so they can claim losses and only the common man suffers. Middle class buyers are nothing, their voice doesn’t count. Print banners, put on your cars and stand in front of signature booking office every weekend. See the impact. Bring your cars and family and stop the entire national highway. See the impact. Report on CM window. File a case for fraud and ask court for injunction against builder to prevent new launches. Come to the streets and protest. Then see the impact. Such builders need to be imposed.

Thank God. I didn't went for flat in such under construction projects. Purchased my own plot and building my home. If you guys don't want to go for plot, then buy ready to move flats only. Do not get scared of demand and late payment fees. Do not pay reply with project status photos. File consumer court case. It does not cost much. 4-5 person can join and file case. You can get huge penalty from builder. I have made Emaar and Ireo pay and settle with enhanced penalty over BBA.

Guys, i am allottee for Signature Global City 37 D. The Builder has charged heavy penalty on late payment for the unit without any visibility of the project completion. The date of possession was in 2023, however even today the project is incomplete without basic access road , amenities & only raw flat is available. The Builder has sent possession letter only to fool the allottee as the project has no sign of completion for further one year. After paying 100% of the unit, the builder is blackmailing to cancel the unit.

I was lucky I didn't book in this project in 2021, I was about to book, but due to family reasons, I didn't do. In my experience, people should never book underconstruction properties it doesn't matter what offer you get. These builders, administrators, and politicians are all thieves.

@SignatureGlobal should be transparent about progress status, even they are not allowing owner to visit their flat on the name of security. In their BBA agreement they prepare construction linked plan for 50% flats. Thats why they only focus on 50% flats to be constructed to demand payments from 100% owner I also booked flat in 93 sector.... Thats also going to be delayed

Please check Has builder asked for extension in possession date in Rera due to issues like construction ban due to pollution, rains etc. Because its common practice, builders get extension of 6 months to 1 yr without buyers approval in above circumstances.
