@@wildhogs1ful What he is trying to explain is that a lot of Swedish people are being taught those behavioral models growing up and they are taught just to stick with their own and not to branch out and they don’t even recognize how they are discriminating and excluding others. Being a foreigner who lived there many years I can tell this description is very accurate and it hits the hardest when you are blocked from getting good jobs and getting apartments in nice neighborhoods just because of a foreign name/the way you look. The racism is so systematic and sophisticated that it’s hard to see until you are facing those every day struggles there over and over again or hear those prejudice comments from people unexpectedly.

Wise man said about racism in western countries, and I think it’s the same in countries too: I don't think that it has anything to do with hate. I think it has to do with fear, and the manipulation of that fear by a small number of people. For example: Imagine for a moment that you have green skin. You grow up in a world surrounded by green. Your mother is green, your father too. Your schoolteacher, the dentist, even Santa Claus is green. All the people you have ever seen are the same colour as you. When you are ten years old, you start to hear talk of another country, far away, that the green people have discovered. That country is far less technologically advanced than yours but it has a lot of the resources that green people use. The people there are blue. They are quite strong physically but they are not at all aggressive and they don't have any weapons like the green people do. And they don't understand green language either, so they are obviously an inferior race. They don't even know that silver is valuable! They send all the resources back to the green country, which grows in its wealth and status and power. There is a meeting of the government in the green country and the decision is made to stop the exploitation of the blue people and to grant them the same rights as the greens. Some of the green people are very happy about the new law - they were starting to feel uncomfortable about profiting from the lives of the blue people just because they were a different colour and they are happy that their consciences have been cleared. But some of the green people are extremely angry about it. They had good businesses making money out of trading in blue children, and they've lost them. And now they will either have to tend their fields and clean their streets themselves or pay someone else to do it. They decide to start spreading rumours about blue people. They tell people that the blueys have lower intelligence, that they lack morals, that they are lazy, that they steal from green people's houses, and that they are wanting revenge for the last forty years of exploitation. Be afraid, they say. Be very afraid. Because of these different attitudes, it's hard for blue people to get on in the green country. They are treated with suspicion a lot of the time, and as soon as one of them puts a foot wrong, they are held up by the green purists as evidence that they were right all along - blueys are nothing but thieves and criminals. By the time you turn seventy, some blue people are in good jobs and doing well, but many of them have gathered together in the cheaper, more industrialised parts of the country. They find it difficult to earn enough to live on, because the green people around them are uneasy in their presence, they are scared that the prophecies are right, and that the blue people are out to get them. And then, there are difficult times. No other countries seem to want to buy green-made products any more. Hear me out: These groups (of us and everybody else) have to have a clear understanding of what their objectives must be and why. We are not on holiday. There is talk of a WW3. In the United States, millions of immigrants have entered forever (but us formerly enslaved people). And for those most vulnerable to cuts in programs, the threat of losing a job or violent attacks and robbery is a real thing; that would be us blacks here. People are not angels on Earth. Most want their sex and their food. That’s all for now. Governments exist to create methods for us to interact with one another in a “civilized” manner for a reason. We can’t blame the government off hand like this. The rules in the lands of others must be respected, as if we’re in Rome, right? We do as the Romans do. We humans, regardless of what is really a false concept, race aside, are some dangerous animals. We are animals. Sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse, depending on which side we’re on. As a black American, I’m confronted by people from other cultures who treat me like an N-word, wanting to curry favor with the whites. They know nothing of our politics and history, yet there they are!!! Repeating and believing in nonsense. They want their sex, and they like their food. As I say, we will have problems if we think peace exists based on feelings rather than rules we must abide by. I wish the brother well but want us all to also remember that it seems a lot of hostility is out there against that which is black the world over. The holidays when we’re just one big happy family upon introduction are over. It was never true in the first place. We must build what we need where we are born and forge alliances like adults to reach mutual understanding and respect. Being seen as beggars because we do not control our own wealth is an even more significant problem for black people. It may not be our fault, but unfortunately, it is our burden.
