I don’t think a name change will get her out of it. It just means her name on all of her legal paperwork will list both names with an “AKA” between them. The government can identify her by her SSN, which never changes, even with a name change. She can’t escape who she is, both literally and figuratively.

I don’t understand why the fbi won’t/can’t coordinate with the Mexican authorities to take these losers into custody and ship them back to Mexico to answer for their crimes! Like, what are we paying them for, if not for cases exactly like this one?! They did it in the case of Bruce Beresford-Redman for killing his wife in Cancun….they can do it for drug trafficking cases….why can they not do it for shanquella?! Hey Pascal, so glad you are staying on this...She needs her Justice. This is a tough one, we all remember her story and how she was taken out. The cover up, lies, FBI/Mexico "entanglement", etc... so wrong on many levels. Glad to know the family is taking action. Please continue to remain on this and keep us posted.
