The Republic of Angola has definitely joined the chat and they are training these same Congolese commandos near the border. The tactics being deployed and talked about which includes arming large swathes of the civilian pop in and around Goma and the use of Russian based artillery says it all. The Congolese military have had a qualitative leap in these last few months. The EAC troops are all going back home because the big boys have arrived from the SADC. Kagame's troops have their days numbered they should remove themselves.
