God alone how many people are dumped in the mandovi river.. For eg. The day the biker was hit n fell in the mandovi river, the next day a body was found, only to be told it's the wrong body... My point is, it appears to he a regular thing to find bodies in the river.. No fear of law, as no enforcers.
