Hey sybert, I noticed you've turned the contrast up on this game. By doing that though you've lost a bit of dynamic range in the blacks. Instead of doing this in Final Cut, you should instead adjust the game brightness in the display settings. It will then adjust it in game whilst keeping full range of colour and depth 👍 That's assuming that you want more contrast, I personally am a fan of the standard colours of the game and while viewing it on a Samsung AMOLED I already get a boost in colours. Your editing with the frame blending and sharpening has been spot on, it comes out very well. Maybe slightly less sharpening around 10% but apart from that its fantastic. Thanks for the Vods.

Genuinely useful feedback. I of course tune things to look good on my display, but it's good to have feedback from people with different monitors. I never want to go to extreme, just little enhancements. This is partially because once I hand it over to KZbin there's sometimes a loss of contrast or sharpness.

it's a little much but remember refs are 2000 not 3000 so to need to get more bang for your buck to make it pay off than in KW.

@@tars3249 Well I guess that is true + you can spread your refs a bit better with warfactories giving buildradius. Still it just feels way to big. Almost like a superweapon radius

Great matches and good commentary. Really interesting to see how Bikerush can slowly strangle his opponent until destroying him with a final push. Non stop pressure on the economy paid off.

Did you guys know if you have a unit or group of units selected, if you right click a target and formation move your unit(s) the game remembers that and focuses on that one target unit the unit or units are out of range? I've been playing for years and didn't realize that...

@@dreadlock17 Ok, let's say you've got a group of Hammerheads with Zone Raiders inside flying into a base. You want to attack an anti air unit (mammoth tank) just outside of it's range, but if you just give an order to attack they'll all fly in close right to the unit to attack. If you give the order to attack the unit and then use formation move right after to a spot still within range, even if other units or buildings are around your units will attack the original target. enemy. At least until they're out of range. It's also a great strategy to use if you're falling back, but want your units to focus fire on one target as they're retreating.

I've been loving these videos! I really appreciate the anti spoiler. Too many other creators have the end cards pop up in the middle of an edge of your seat battle and it just kills the tension, blocks the screen and ruins the outcome.

Can anyone explain me one thing? Why da hen, at 23:00 and later, when BikeRush have a big fist of still, literally a lot of tanks and a harvester near the base of ShockOc, he doesn't build a Nod anti-tank? Why everyone everytime use shredder turrets to fight a tanks?

Those shredder turrets were used to kill the infantry, which happened before 23:00. He just did not sell them later (possibly to deter more infantry, or possibly to buy himself some time while bike-RUsh+ownz+ is shooting at them). Still, you want to have at least one, if not more, shredder turrets on the field when fighting your opponent's tank army because they draw fire from the opponent's tanks and the outer parts self-repair so opponent can't destroy them permanently unless they destroy central hub. While opponent's tanks are shooting the self-repairing outer parts of the turret your tanks can shoot at opponent's tanks. Of course your opponent can micro and he'll not be shooting at the turret 24/7, but he can't be watching at his tanks literally every second, so some fire will be drawn to turrets. As to why shocktapus had not built a Nod anti-tank (I presume you mean anti-vehicle base defenses), the Laser turret is too weak to deal with an army of tanks and he did not have a tech center to build Obelisks which can deal with an army of tanks. He could not have built a tech center either since he needed units and did not have money to spare on tech.

There's two reasons 1) In this instance the shredders were made primarily to counter the infantry (rockets). 2) Shredder turrets are dropped in tank vs tank situations because they draw fire. If you have your tank group sit behind a shredder turret and an enemy tank group rolls up they will auto target the highest priority available target which in this case would be the shredder turret. It's a tactic used a lot in high level gameplay.

Hey! this is probably old and you might not see it, but because I don't exactly know. A: Where is this game found and is it still active multiplayer wise, and B: Perhaps, during slowdowns in a game or such, you could explain a strat/a unit for newer players? I completely understand if this isn't feasible due to the pace of a game, but I thought I'd make the attempt anyway Fun games to watch, even if I haven't played it and such don't understand ANYTHING

@@Slithy He's the best active player for sure but there are other players who can give him a good run for his money if they were playing actively (well masterleaf who does play actively would give him a tough series). Bike seems to be consistently at a high level which seems to set him apart from most other experts that much I'll say. Pokemom is my favorite TW player but bike has mad skills and consistency too, and I'd love to see them fight in a series again. Poke vs bike fights are guaranteed epic show downs if both players bring their A- Game. But pokes been off the scene for a long time now so it's probably not gonna happen.

Tib Wars doesn't have a lot of people playing online. Enough to get some games, but not a lot. Kane's Wrath, Red Alert 3 and Zero Hour all have a lot more people playing them every day. cnc-online.net/

@@ohlookitisacat7404 One is arguably the best TW/KW player of all time and plays C&C constantly. The other is an expert that hasn't played the game for years. Shock is still a great player, but without training for weeks days/weeks prior there's little chance for him to beat bikerush who plays actively if not in TW then KW or other C&C titles. What do you expect to happen?

If you want high quality finals you need to go to the archives on gamereplays.org and watch the finals from tournaments before 2018... or even earlier.

also, the anti spoiler thing is kind of pointless, you get previews of video frames when you scroll your mouse over the video timeline, and some may be off put by the video length which isn't even real, and may cause some to feel watching such a long video might not be worth it, just some things to think about.
