Being both a Shockwave fan and Godzilla fan, this is my non biased verdict on the fight : Any version of Shockwave would destroy composite Godzilla as he's fanmade, is poorly explained and has terrible lore, therefore being fodder. The fight you showed us is what would occur between Regenisis Shockwave and GIH. I wouldn't say mid-high diff though, it's more like high-extreme. Also, Godzilla takes AP/DC.
