hello, I would like to make a wall with vertical wood siding, where i can also place some windows and doors Is it possible to make vertical siding with the Complex profile tool? or is there another tool for making i wall with vertical siding?

For vertical siding I just use a Surface. That typically works fine. If the siding is more complex or specific you can also use columns and beams (high priority Building Material on a hidden layer) to create control joints. Find my video on strong air for that technique.
