he is so humble, I turned back to baseball just because of Shohei Ohtani...so real and kind...what a good man...I love this guy...he is so kind and respectful...and the goat...rare you get a goat without an ego,,.but not with Shohei....he is in my heart outside of baseball..like ...who does not love him? if you hate him you have to really check yourself as a person...he is what baseball players should be ...at his level, his humility is just so nice to see...I want him to break every record because his heart is one of a kind....we love you Shohei...we love your parents and family in japan to enjoy this gift in your journey...when I see you I see your family and parents...we love you and your family in Japan from here in America.

MLBを見ていていつも思うのが、MLBはNPBと違って常にちびっ子が主役だなってこと。いつ見てもちびっ子が群がっていて、ちびっ子が優先されてる。NPBでバックネット裏にちびっ子が群がってる光景見たことない。NPBは仕事帰りのおっさんがメイン。 ちびっ子が主役なとこが、いかにも「メジャーリーグ」て感じで素敵。 この場面でも、大人達は群がらずに、これは子ども達が主役となる場だとわきまえてるとこも素敵。 もちろん翔平さんも日頃からその考えを述べてるし。 そう考えると彼はハナからメジャーリーガーだったんだなって思う。
