i soaked off my nails but they are really thin and damaged. Should I use a remover without aceton?

You won’t be able to remove them without acetone unless you buff them away but you run the risk of creating a thinner nail plate. Maybe give the gel a break while you let your natural nails breathe and build some strength again?
